The Atlanta-based developer is bringing 291 residences to the gated community, which is designed to serve renters seeking upscale options in a fast-growing coastal Georgia corridor.

The development combines luxury apartments with spacious townhome-style units, rounding out the offering with resort-style amenities intended to compete with higher-end rental properties in the broader Savannah market. The combination of unit types signals a strategy to capture a range of renter profiles, from young professionals to families seeking more square footage than a standard apartment provides.

Richmond Hill, situated roughly 20 miles southwest of downtown Savannah, has drawn increased residential development interest as the Savannah MSA expands beyond its historic core.
